Aegis Drift: Space Shooter ADV IT Solutions SRL Effective 23 September 2026

1. Who we are

ADV IT Solutions SRL ("we", "us", or "our") provides Aegis Drift: Space Shooter (the "Game") and is responsible for the processing of personal data described in this policy.

Registered/contact address:
Strada Orizontului 19A, Sabaoani, Neamt, Romania

Privacy and support email:
advitsolutionsro@gmail.com

This policy covers the Android Game and communications you send to us about it. External websites, Google Play, and payment services also have their own privacy notices.

2. A short explanation for players

The Game saves your progress on your device. You do not need to create a Game account. Services included in the Game also process information to measure gameplay, report crashes, show rewarded advertisements, and handle purchases. Having no Game account does not mean that no personal data is processed.

The Game is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Please do not include passwords, full payment-card details, or unnecessary personal information in support messages.

3. Information processed and why

Progress stored on your device

The Game stores settings, tutorial progress, selected and unlocked ships, upgrades, mission results, virtual currency balances, lives, energy, daily rewards, timestamps, and purchase-delivery records. These records allow the Game to save progress, calculate rewards, and avoid granting the same purchase or reward twice.

Your save and its backup are stored locally. The current Game does not provide a developer-operated account or cloud-save service. Device backup or transfer services may separately copy local data according to your device settings.

Gameplay analytics

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the Game is used and improve progression and gameplay. Our events include sectors started and completed, selected ships and upgrade levels, round duration and result, rewarded-ad outcomes, and shop checkout outcomes.

Firebase can also automatically process app-instance and device identifiers, app interactions, session information, device and operating-system information, and approximate location information derived from network data. Our custom events do not intentionally include your name, email address, payment details, or the contents of support messages. Automatically collected SDK data is separate from those custom events. See Firebase data collection.

Crash reports

We use Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose errors and improve stability. Reports can include crash traces, installation identifiers, device and operating-system details, app version, and diagnostic information. Analytics events can provide context about actions before a crash. Our integration adds the Game and Unity versions; it does not assign your name or email as a Crashlytics user ID. See Firebase privacy information.

Rewarded advertisements

We use Google AdMob to offer advertisements in exchange for in-game rewards. Its SDK processes information such as IP addresses, device or advertising identifiers where available, ad interactions, and diagnostics for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. An IP address can indicate an approximate location. We do not request GPS location for gameplay.

Ad requests and SDK processing can occur when an ad is loaded, before you choose to watch it. Declining a rewarded ad is therefore not itself a complete privacy opt-out. See Google's partner data explanation and AdMob data disclosure.

In-app purchases

Google Play processes payments, and RevenueCat helps validate and manage purchases. This involves product and transaction information, purchase tokens or receipts, purchase status, an SDK-generated app user identifier, and relevant technical information. The Game keeps delivery records locally. We do not receive your complete payment-card details through the Game. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy.

Support messages

If you email us, we process your email address, message, and any information you choose to provide to answer your request. Purchase support may require an order reference. Please do not send passwords or full payment-card details. Our email provider, Google, processes these communications to deliver and store email.

5. Age requirement

The Game is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed to children or teenagers under 18. Our Terms of Use require you to be at least 18 and legally able to enter into the agreement. Parental permission does not replace this minimum age requirement.

If you believe personal data relating to someone under 18 has been processed through the Game, contact advitsolutionsro@gmail.com. We will assess the report and take the steps required by applicable law, including seeking deletion of identifiable records where appropriate. As explained in Section 8, we cannot normally locate SDK records from a name or email address alone. Stating an age requirement does not mean that the Game verifies every player's age or that SDKs cannot receive data from an underage installation.

6. Who receives information

Recipients include Google for Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, AdMob, Google Play, and email support, and RevenueCat for purchase services. Advertising recipients depend on the active AdMob configuration.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or as reasonably necessary to protect legal rights and security. Any such disclosure remains subject to applicable privacy law. We do not operate a business selling player records. This does not imply that advertising disclosures are exempt from legal definitions of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; applicable regional choices must reflect the configured services.

7. International processing and security

Our providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Applicable transfer safeguards must be in place when European personal data is transferred to a country without an applicable adequacy decision.

No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Protect your device and store account. Local game saves are not a secure vault for confidential information.

8. Retention and deletion

Local progress remains on your device until removed or replaced. You can remove the Game's local data through Android's app storage settings. Uninstalling normally removes app data, but operating-system backups can retain or restore copies; manage those separately. Removing local data can permanently remove progress and virtual items.

Removing local data does not automatically delete information already received by Google, RevenueCat, or us. Contact us for a deletion request concerning information we control. Google Play may retain its own transaction records under its policies and legal obligations.

We do not maintain a directory linking players' names or email addresses to their local saves or SDK-generated identifiers. An email address alone will therefore not normally let us find your Analytics, Crashlytics, or RevenueCat records. The current Game does not display those identifiers or provide an in-app remote deletion request. If you contact us, we will explain what information, if any, can reasonably locate the relevant records and what deletion steps are available. We will not claim that records have been deleted when we cannot identify them or confirm the action.

Where we can locate relevant records and establish that a request relates to them, we will handle the request through the applicable provider tools or support process, subject to applicable law. If we cannot identify the relevant records, we will explain that limitation and consider additional information you choose to provide. We do not require players to create a named account solely to make a privacy request. Existing support emails can be located separately using the address from which you contacted us.

Firebase states that Crashlytics retains crash traces and associated identifiers for 90 days before starting removal from live and backup systems. Analytics retention depends on the property settings. See Firebase's retention disclosures.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data; object to processing based on legitimate interests; or withdraw consent. Contact advitsolutionsro@gmail.com. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority, including Romania's ANSPDCP if applicable.

We may request limited information necessary to verify and locate your records. Do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are necessary and how to provide them securely. We respond within the period required by applicable law; under the GDPR this is normally one month, subject to lawful extensions.

Android provides advertising-ID and other privacy controls; available settings vary by device. These do not necessarily stop all SDK processing. You can choose not to make purchases or watch rewarded ads. The current Game has no player-account deletion feature because it has no Game account system; this does not remove your rights over personal data held by us or our providers.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the Game or our data practices change. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes require an appropriate notice, and new consent where legally required, before the relevant new processing begins.
